  Hariyali Teej – A Celebration of Greenery 🌿


The Eco Club of DL DAV Model School, Pitampura celebrated the festival of Hariyali Teej by embracing its spirit of greenery and environmental conservation. Under the aegis of Mission Meri Life, Department of Education, and as part of the “Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam” initiative, students, Principal Ma’am, Supervisory Incharges, and teachers came together to plant saplings and contribute towards enhancing the green cover.

The initiative beautifully blended the festive essence of Hariyali Teej with a meaningful commitment to nature. The plantation drive inspired everyone to take responsibility for protecting the environment and reaffirmed the school’s dedication to fostering a cleaner, greener, and healthier planet.
