EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES (VII-IX)

  HAWAN CLASS VII DATE: 26/10/23 Hawan was conducted for class VII in zero period. All the students participated with great enthusiasm for seeking blessings from the almighty. This was followed by distribution of prasada. 

ARYA YUVA ACTIVITY  आर्य युवा गतिविधि स्वामी दयानंद निर्वाण दिवस कक्षा 7,8,9 DATE: 20/10/23 Students of classes 7, 8 and 9 participted in ARYA YUVA ACTIVITY, where they focused on the life of Swami Dayanand Saraswati. They enriched themselves with the knowledge related to his birth, life and living through presentation in the form of posters, poems, etc. At the end a short quiz was conducted for which students answered the questions.

CLASS ASSEMBLY CLASSES VII E, F AND G DATE: 17/10/23 TOPIC: DUSSEHRA- VICTORY OF VIRTUES OVER VICES   Classes VII E, F and G of our school conducted a morning assembly under the guidance of Supervisory Incharge Mrs. Seema Sharma. All students participated with great enthusiasm. The topic of the assembly was Dussehra- Victory of Virtues Over Vices. Assembly started with Ganesh Vandana followed by a small script depicting the 10 evils shown by 10 heads of Ravana. The message was to fight the evil within us and follow the path of  truth, bravery and kindness. Concluding words were given by Principal ma'am Mrs. Seema Agrawal which were truly encouraging.

CLASS ASSEMBLY CLASSES: VII A, B, C, D DATE: 12 OCTOBER 2023         TOPIC: SWACHCH BHARAT SWASTHA BHARAT "SWACHCH BHARAT IS NOT JUST A MISSION BUT A REVOLUTION. LET'S PLEDGE TO MAKE OUR NATION CLEANER AND BETTER" Keeping this in mind students of classes VII A, B, C and D of DLDAV MODEL SCHOOL PITAMPURA, presented their morning assembly. The program started with Durga Stuti keeping in mind the Navratri and Dusshera festivals. Students dressed as Narendra Modi promoted the importance of cleanliness in our lives. Students also presented the thoughts of Lal Bahadur Shastri and Mahatma Gandhi to make our nation a better place to live and strive. Principal ma'am motivated the students and asked them to follow the path our great leaders followed.

SCIENCE EXPERIMENT WORKSHOP CLASSES: VII- IX DATE: 10 OCTOBER 2023 THERE IS NO SCIENCE WITHOUT EXPERIMENTS DLDAV PITAMPURA in association with VMC conducted a workshop for classes 7-9 to show various science experiments. The experiments demonstrated various scientific concepts and astonished students with the magic. This forced students to apply their brain to understand the experiment and its concept.
