EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES (VII-IX)

EARTH DAY ACTIVITY Earth Day Scavenger Hunt DATE: 21/4/23 Earth day is celebrated on 22 April every year to understand the importance of our Mother Earth. To mark its importance amongst students, activities were conducted where students explored nature at an extended manner and depicted the same on A4 size sheet with lot of pictures of wildlife & plants, written matter and creative caricatures. 

 INVESTITURE CEREMONY CLASSES VII- IX DATE: 18/4/23 DLDAV organised the Investiture ceremony for the classes VII- IX. Principal ma'am addressed the assembly and congratulated the council members. She handed over the flag to the head boy. Head girl and boy along with the other council members took the oath for following the school rules and regulations.   FOUNDATION DAY CLASS ASSEMBLY OF IX B DATE- 12/4/23 Students of class IX B presented the morning assembly on the occasion of Foundation Day of our school, DLDAV MS PP. Its been 42 years that this institution is serving the humanity. The students showcased the important areas and facilities that our school provides in the well being of a child.

RESULT ASSEMBLY CLASS- VII- IX DATE- 12/4/23 Result Assembly for classes VII- IX was organised today and students were awarded with the trophies. These trophies were given under different headings- 95% and above in aggregate and position holders. Medals were also awarded to the students for good reading, pilot speakers, star speakers, I- quest science and maths and 100% attendance. Sports and ATL achievers were also acknowledged.

                                                 ARYA YUVA  ACTIVITY                                       CLASSES VII- IX DATE: 6/4/23 Students of classes VII- IX participated in Arya Yuva Activity. For this activity students prepared mantra for recitation. Some students also recited the rules of Arya Samaj. 7 April is the day when Arya Samaj was founded by Dayanand Saraswati in the year 1875.

                                                  HEALTH DAY                                          CLASSES 7-9 DATE: 6/4/23 DLDAV celebrated World Health Day on 6 April 2023. Students of classes VII - IX were shown a presentation to explain the importance of health. They were told the aim and objectives of why we celebrate health day.
