A Step Towards a Garbage-Free India 🇮🇳

Under the inspiring leadership of our visionary Principal, Ms. Anupama Sinha ma'am, our school took yet another meaningful step in its ongoing journey toward environmental responsibility and nation-building. 

As part of the nationwide movement, we proudly hosted ‘Swachhotsav – Swachhata Hi Sewa’ in collaboration with Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL)—a powerful initiative aimed at promoting awareness and action towards a Garbage-Free India. 

We were deeply honoured to welcome Mr. Abhishek Sharma, Senior Manager at IOCL, whose gracious presence added immense value to the occasion. With warmth and gratitude, Ms. Anupama Sinha Ma’am welcomed Mr. Sharma, setting the tone for an event filled with purpose, passion and impact.

Our school has long been a flagbearer of the Swachh Bharat Mission, actively translating the vision of Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji into grassroots action. Initiatives such as Swachhata Pakhwada, Kachre Se Azaadi, Shram Daan, Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam, Vrishabandhan, Hariyali Teej, rainwater harvesting, and dolphin conservation serve as living examples of our students’ commitment to sustainability. 

Through these efforts, our students learn that every small action counts—and that real change begins with us. With the support of IOCL and the nurturing guidance of our Principal ma'am, we are proud to be shaping socially responsible, environmentally conscious future citizens. 

Together, let’s continue building the dream of a ‘Swachh Bharat, Swasth Bharat’ and work relentlessly towards a Viksit Bharat.

       National Mathematics Day Celebration On 23rd December, DLDAV Model School, Pitampura, celebrated National Mathematics Day to honor the mathematical genius, Srinivasa Ramanujan with creative and enriching activities for Classes VII to IX. Activities for All Classes: ·   Class VII: Maths bola – A fun-filled quiz game blending mathematics and problem-solving skills to engage students in a lively competition. ·   Class VIII: Geometry behind Mandala Art – Explore the beauty of symmetry and geometric patterns while creating intricate Mandala designs. ·   Class IX: Mathematical Rangoli  🎨  – Combine art and mathematics by designing vibrant Rangoli patterns using shapes and calculations. ANNUAL DAY “EUNOIA” (2024-25)

ANNUAL DAY On 14th December, DLDAV Pitampura celebrated its Annual Day with grandeur and enthusiasm through its spectacular program titled  “ EUNOIA ” . The event began with a spectacular performance by the  students , presenting soulful piece of music ” SWARSANGAM ”  .This was followed by the mesmerizing “ Om Vandana   and  RituRaj dance , celebrating the beauty of seasons. Students from Classes VI to X showcased their talent with a compelling performance of  Macbeth,  bringing Shakespeare’s classic to life.
