CLASS ASSEMBLY :  VIII B,C AND D

DATE    : 12-11-2024

TOPIC: CHILDREN`S DAY

Children’s Day is a special occasion that fills every school with excitement, laughter, and vibrant performances. This year, our school celebrated this joyous day with a series of programs that left everyone inspired and entertained. The assembly was a beautiful blend of culture, creativity, and heartfelt emotions, reflecting the spirit of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru’s love for children.

The program began with a mesmerizing Bharatnatyam dance, performed by our talented students, dressed in colorful traditional attire.  Following the dance, a beautiful poem was recited by one of our student. The poem highlighted the significance of Children’s Day and Pandit Nehru’s dream of a nation where every child is nurtured, loved, and given the opportunity to shine.  The words echoed the message of love, hope, and the importance of education.

Next, a group of students took to the stage to sing the popular song, "Itni Si Hasi, Itni Si Khushi." Their melodious voices filled the hall, spreading joy and happiness. The song was a tribute to the innocence and happiness of childhood, resonating with the theme of the day. The audience couldn’t help but smile as they sang along, creating a heartwarming atmosphere.

A standout moment was the students' dance parody entertaining the audience with their lively performance and joyful expressions, perfectly capturing the essence of childhood.

The assembly concluded with an inspiring speech by our respected Principal, Ms. Anupama Sinha. She addressed the students with warmth, appreciating their talents and encouraging them to always dream big. Her words were filled with wisdom and love, leaving a lasting impact on everyone present.

As Pandit Nehru once said, “The children of today will make the India of tomorrow. The way we bring them up will determine the future of the country.” This assembly was a testament to that belief, as our students showcased their talents and dreams, paving the way for a brighter future.
