Nukkad Natak on Exam Stress Management
In today’s fast-paced academic environment, exam stress has become a common challenge among students. To address this issue in a creative and impactful way, our school organized a Nukkad Natak (street play) on Exam Stress Management, aiming to spread awareness about healthy coping strategies and emotional well-being.
The street play portrayed real-life situations faced by students—pressure to perform well, fear of failure, parental expectations, and comparison with peers. Through powerful dialogues, expressive acting, and relatable scenes, the performers highlighted how excessive stress can affect mental health, confidence, and overall performance.
The Nukkad Natak also conveyed important messages on managing exam stress effectively. It emphasized the need for proper time management, balanced study routines, adequate sleep, regular breaks, and positive self-talk. The play encouraged students to seek support from teachers, parents, and friends rather than suffering in silence. Simple practices like deep breathing, meditation, and physical activity were presented as effective stress-relief techniques.
