GURPURAB CELEBRATIONS 


The students of Sub-Senior wing hosted celebrations of Children’s Day and Gurpurab to foster joy, excitement, and inspiration through the special assembly conducted by Classes 7F and 7G

The assembly was a combination of celebration with reflection, offering an engaging, joyful, and meaningful experience for students while underscoring the vital importance of their well-being and future. It was meant to achieve several overlapping educational and cultural goals.

Highlights of the Assembly:

☆ The programme began with a religious ode, Ganesh Vandana, God of wisdom and the remover of all obstacles.

☆ Aligning with the vision of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru. His depiction was presented and his message conveyed brilliantly by students emphasising the importance of hardwork and perseverance. 

☆ Students presented a unique and creative art form, Mime, showing an extraordinary power of silence. Depicting one of Guru Nanak ji teachings that we should respect all religions. SARV DHARM SAMBHAAV.

☆ A musical performance “Hum Honge Kamyab” was sung by the students to awaken souls and inspire to become an outstanding citizen one day. Performers then conveyed messages showcasing different professions that inspired, challenged and helped in seeing the world in a new light.

☆  Further performance commenced with a poetic journey portraying essence hinging on cherishing childhood and limitless potential. 

☆ The programme concluded with dance performances which were magnificent spectacle of color, rhythm, and pure joy. The dedication and discipline displayed in their every move.

It was a memorable Children’s Day and Gurpurab assembly inspiring the young and the young-at-heart, with their truly commendable act and performances.
