EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES (VII-IX)

  Delegating the duties to young brigade has always been a tradition of DLDAVPP so that the young nation builders develop the qualities of a good leader. The investiture ceremony was conducted on 3rd May 2022 for the Middle wing wherein the office bearers as well as the teachers solemnly pledged for the welfare of the school and the students. 

  On the eve of World Earth Day, ECO CLUB of the school organised a "GOOGLE DOODLE" making activity for classes VII-IX  on 22nd April 2022. The students made beautiful and innovative doodles.

  The students of VII-IX organised an enriching assembly to celebrate the birth anniversary of the founder of DAV, Aryaveer MAHATMA HANSRAJ on 18th April 2022. Principal Ma’am, Ms Seema Agarwal, highlighted the contribution of  MAHATMA HANSRAJ.   The students performed a skit on MAHATMA HANSRAJ's life followed by bhajans and appreciation. 

  Health and Wellness Club of DLDAV MODEL SCHOOL, PITAMPURA celebrated WORLD HEALTH DAY on 7th April 2022. Classes VII-IX participated wholeheartedly to mark the occasion. The following activities were conducted: I. Slogan making competition on vaccine- a wise option or MENTAL HEALTH: for class VII II. Poster making on #tag Healthy DAVIANS: for classes VIII & IX The winners of the competition were appreciated with the certificates.

  On the eve of 42nd Foundation Day, DHAROHAR: POSTER MAKING COMPETITION was organised for all the students on 12th April 2022. The best entries from each class were selected and posted on the school website as well as on school notice board. Principal Ma’am, Ms Seema Agarwal congratulated and appreciated the effort of all the students. 

                                                                                                 SNEH UDGAAR  Retirement is not the end of the road. Its the beginning of the open highway. The students of classes VII-IX bid adieu to the most charismatic principal of the school, Ms Anita Wadehra on 17th March 2022 (online) through a mesmerizing yet emotional presentation of the journey of the school. It was a fun filled package of dance, music, emotions etc. that spellbound the audience and all were amused to see Wadehra Ma'am's magnificent journey of 39 years .
