EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES (VII-IX)

  CELEBRATION OF BHARATIYA  BHASHA UTSAV 2025 Our school proudly celebrated Bharatiya Bhasha Utsav 2025 , honouring the birth anniversary of Mahakavi Subramania Bharati and India’s rich linguistic heritage , in line with the CBSE theme “ Many Languages, One Emotion .” From 4th to 11th December, students participated in a week-long celebration featuring creative activities such as the Language Tree and Heritage Wall, poetry and music in Indian languages, festival language wheels, proverb-based posters, handwritten letters in regional languages, word charts of new Indian languages, and State Language Showcase charts highlighting culture, food, art, and traditions. The celebration helped students appreciate the beauty, wisdom, and emotional depth of Indian languages while reinforcing the spirit of unity in diversity . We sincerely thank our students, teachers, and parents for making this cultural journey meaningful and memorable.

  “Sports teach us teamwork, determination, and the joy of giving our best.” Sport Mania 2025 for Class VIII was celebrated with great enthusiasm at DLDAV Model School, Pitampura, Sub Senior Wing on 5th December 2025 . The event was inaugurated by Principal Mrs. Anupama Sinha , whose encouraging presence motivated students to participate with confidence and sportsman spirit. The ceremonial Scroll Opening marked the beginning of the celebration, followed by energetic events such as Tug of War, Basketball, Throwball, and Pithoo . The programme highlighted the importance of teamwork, discipline, and active participation, making the day a memorable experience for all students.

Sport Mania 2025   Class IX “Victories are not defined by trophies- they’re shaped by courage, resilience, and the joy of giving your best.”  A wave of enthusiasm swept through   DLDAV Model School, Pitampura, Sub Senior Wing , as   Sport Mania 2025   for   Class IX   came alive on   5th December 2025 , inaugurated with grace and warmth by our esteemed Principal,   Mrs. Anupama Sinha . From leading the opening ceremony to joyfully participating in games with students, Principal ma’am infused the day with positivity, motivating every child to play with confidence, fairness, and true sportsman spirit. The ceremonial Scroll Opening set the tone for a vibrant celebration, and soon the playground bloomed into a festival of colours as students in bright hues—yellow, orange, green, blue, and white—waved flags and ribbons in perfect harmony.
